Greetings! My name is Joshua Charland. I have had many life experiences in working with kids, teenagers and adults which has molded me into the person I have become today. Coaching multiple levels of youth sports from fast pitch softball, girls hockey, baseball and boys hockey, has taught me how to connect with many different personalities and help them reach their goals. Having the chance to work with boys & girls at all ages to teach them how to have a good work ethic, how to handle winning, losing and trusting one another as they went after a common goal was extremely rewarding.

I have four children, two grandchildren, two cats, two dogs and we all love the outdoors. I spend many hours on the water fishing many different species of fish and taking others along to enjoy the experience. I am also an avid hunter and practice my hunting privileges often, while trying to put wild game in my freezer every year.

I have an associate degree in Mechanical Design, BS in Industrial Management, and MS in Psychology. I have been in the Manufacturing Engineering field for over 20 years.
