Growing up in a small town in Western Wisconsin, I spent much of my time outdoors, playing sports, and learning the value of hard work and responsibility. Coming from a large family with many younger cousins, I naturally stepped into the role of mentor and caretaker, which sparked my passion for working with children and adolescents.

These experiences have strengthened my ability to mentor, guide, and inspire young people in both sports and everyday life.

My name is Nicholas, and I offer paraprofessional music services to help individuals explore self-expression, build confidence, and develop life skills. Music has always been an integral part of my life, influenced by my musically gifted family, including my grandparents, parents, uncles, and brothers. Serving All Ages
Hello, my name is Rachael, and I am passionate about helping others learn, grow, and develop the skills they need to be successful in life. I currently live in New Richmond, WI, where I have spent the last three years working as an accountant, following my experience in the medical diagnostics field. However, my true calling has always been working with children and mentoring individuals to help them build confidence and achieve their goals.
I have coached and managed youth sports and enjoy volunteering at elementary schools, where I help guide young minds toward success. These experiences have reinforced my belief that everyone deserves support, encouragement, and the right tools to take control of their own journey. By setting goals and achieving them, individuals can build self-confidence and develop lifelong skills that reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
I am an organized and compassionate mentor who values trust, communication, and personal development. My strong organizational skills allow me to help individuals create structured plans to stay on track and achieve success. I believe that reducing daily stressors through better organization and time management helps people focus on their goals and enjoy life more fully.
At home, I live with my husband, our 10-year-old son, and our 1-year-old puppy. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors, as well as watching my son play sports. I am excited to support individuals in their journey toward building confidence, improving well-being, and reaching their full potential.

Serving All Ages
Hi everyone! My name is Randy Nichols, and I believe in hard work, perseverance, and bringing joy to others. I never give up on anything, and my greatest passion is helping others build confidence, develop life skills, and find happiness in the little things.
I have a deep connection to the outdoors and have taught myself how to live off the land, a skill I love sharing with others. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, hiking, gathering, or building with natural materials, I believe that nature provides powerful lessons in resilience and resourcefulness. My family shares this same love for the outdoors, and we spend much of our time exploring and creating together.
One of my greatest passions is cooking, which started as a hobby and grew into a career. I cater for large events such as fundraisers and weddings, and I find fulfillment in seeing the joy on people’s faces when they enjoy my food. Every year, I volunteer for a St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital fundraiser, because I believe every child deserves to smile. Knowing that our efforts help children and families overcome hardships is truly rewarding.
I am also a father to three wonderful boys, including twin sons who split time between their mother’s house and mine. We have built a strong, supportive family dynamic, and I take pride in working together to create a positive environment for our children.
Through my own life challenges and experiences, I have learned that hardships make us stronger, and the love of life is something to cherish. I am excited to mentor, guide, and support individuals in building confidence, developing skills, and embracing all that life has to offer.
